Data Deletion Request

This page applies to the Flygreen app and services operated by Flygreen Inc. Use the steps below to request deletion of your account data.

How to request account deletion

1. Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account.
2. Include your full name and any account identifiers that help us locate your account.
3. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.
4. After verification, deleting your data can take up to 30 days.

What data is deleted or kept

• Deleted: Personal profile and account data that is not required for legal or accounting obligations.
• Kept: Purchase and transaction records required to comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
